○個人調書における西暦表示への変更について
K-RISマイページから出力可能な個人調書は、2024年4月25日より西暦で表示されるように変更されました。

○K-RISについて
教職員基本情報の所属・職名は、K-RISヘルプデスクにて毎月更新しております。更新処理は5～10営業日を要しますので、1日時点では変更が反映されません。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほどお願いいたします。

2019年5月16日に新K-RISの学外公開がはじまりました。

教員が有する学位及び業績は、法令により公表が求められております。

○補助入力者の設定について
※補助入力者権限は、単年度更新となっております。なお、補助入力者1名につき申請書1枚をご提出ください。

各データの入力・修正は原則として教員・研究者の皆様に直接行っていただきますが、ご本人または所属長の依頼に基づき、秘書等を補助入力者として登録することができます。補助入力設定をご希望の方は次のとおり申請をお願いいたします。
　申請方法：「K-RIS補助入力者申請書」を、k-ris@adst.keio.ac.jp　までご提出ください。

○researchmapデータ送信設定確認のお願い
データ送信設定については、利用者マニュアルp.31～をご確認ください。
researchmap.V2へバージョンアップしたことにより、K-RISの業績データ入力項目の改修をいたしました。
2022年3月11日（金）より送信処理を再開しておりますが、送信設定は随時変更いただけます。

○ORCIDからのデータ取込み機能追加について
2020年11月より、K-RISの「外部データを取込む」機能の対象DBにORCIDが追加されました。
ORCIDに登録済みの論文データをK-RISに取込む機能となります。
取込み対象にORCIDを追加したい場合は、マイページからデータ取得設定をご変更ください。

○学外公開データについて
編集したデータは、夜間の処理で自動更新が行われます。編集した内容をすぐに学外公開用HPへ反映させたい場合は、K-RISマイページのトップ画面上段「公開イメージを確認する」から、プレビュー画面上段にある「以下のイメージで学外公開ページの更新を行う」を実行してください。

○入力メニュー「外部データを取込む」について【重要】
外部データベースからの業績取込みについては、候補データの対象範囲が広いため、本人以外のデータも含まれる場合があります。そのため、外部データの取込みを実行する場合には、ご自身で候補データを確認の上、取捨選択してください。

○Change to the display of the western calendar in the personal statement
Personal records that can be output from K-RIS My Page will be displayed in Western calendar from April 25, 2024.

○Replacement of the Keio Researchers Information System (K-RIS) 
The affiliation and job title of basic information of faculty and staff members are updated monthly at the K-RIS Help Desk. The update process takes 5 to 10 business days, so the latest information will not be reflected on the first day. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

With regard to the replacement of the Keio Researcher Information System (hereinafter referred to as “K-RIS”), which has been announced since last year, the new system is now made available to the public.

○About supplementary input application
The use authority of the auxiliary input person is valid only for the application year, so if you are currently using it but do not submit an application for next year, you will not be able to log in after April 1.
If you would like to receive new or continuous supplementary input, please apply as follows.
In addition, please submit one application form for each auxiliary input person.

○Request to confirm data transmission settings to researchmap
The data transmission function from K-RIS to researchmap has been upgraded to researchmap.V2, and the data input items of K-RIS have been modified.
If you would like to continue to send data to researchmap, please check the settings for sending data.
You can make changes at any time.

○Regarding the addition of data acquisition function from ORCID
From November 2020, ORCID has been added to the target DB of the "Import external data" function of K-RIS.
It is a function to import thesis data registered in ORCID into K-RIS.
If you want to add ORCID to the import target, please change the data acquisition setting from My Page.
